The garden studio with its ensuite bathroom and kitchenette was well suited to our needs. Proximity to the Mater hospital was a prime consideration for us as my husband was having surgery there, and it is within easy walking distance. Although there are comfortable lounges in the adjacent courtyard, there wasn’t anywhere comfortable to sit in the room itself apart from the beds. The kitchen bench is very worn and needs replacing. There is inadequate space in the shared laundry. If someone is ironing it is impossible to access the washing machine or dryer. Otherwise everything was fine. Lovely old building.

In our studio apt all was clean, but when I needed to stay an extra night due to wife in hospital I couldn't find any cereal in the kitchen, but there were things frozen in freezer.

Room was clean and liked the quiet location. Cleaners did a good job of cleaning the amenities. A shame some people staying there weren’t so clean and tidy.
