Will stay here whenever I am in Labuan.
Rooms are spacious and hotel condition is still good.
Convenient for local food around the area with mini-marts for any last minute purchases.
Only wish is for the cable TV to be reinstated. Channels available are rather limiting now.
Wifi also tends to drop-off and does interrupt work .

We stayed there for 3 days 2 nights at room 508 it was unpleasant experience because the air conditioning was not functioning very well it was so hot and the staff was not attentive at all.. the room that I requested it was stated FOC for child below certain age but when we requested for extra towel they charged us 10 ringgit for 1 extra towel. Totally sucks

Really convenient for a work trip. Lots of local eateries around. Amenities and convenience stores too. And is very close to the ferry points if you need to travel out to the ships at the anchorage.

It was just a one night stay so cannot comment much about my stay.
The only thing i observe is that the breakfast was poor with little choices
