Great hotel tricky to find the car Turn right onto hotel road then immediately turn right again go down to the bottom turn right again at the traffic lights go straight over to the bottom ramp will go into carpark follow signs to hotel.

The front desk staff were very professional, friendly, and informative throughout my stay. The only downside was the surrounding area, which felt quite busy. There were individuals selling cigarettes outside the hotel, which made me feel a bit uneasy when entering and leaving the property.

The parking was a bit awkward - I found it difficult to find the Carpark which is actually across the road and did not show up on Google maps, and then there weren’t any spaces available in the Novotel specific area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room itself was large and comfortable although the safe was not working. I included breakfast and it was well worth it although would recommend avoiding peak time as there may not be a table available.
