Close the city center , clean ,the room has nutella packages,bread,sweet snacks,kettle. Also in kitchen you can have esspresso machine 2 kind of capsules. Thank you Flippo for making everthing comfortable for the guests.

Fantàstic I like this place a lot. The only problem was the area. It's barren and weird, and only convenient to the train station. Still, if you go about four blocks west you're in a cute neighborhood with food and shopping. The owner is super acommodating.

Incredibly pleasant experience with the staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing was it was a little bit loud because of the proximity to the train, but it didn’t detract from our experience from our stay. There were a few mosquitos, but that was probably only because we had to leave the window open since we didn’t have a remote for the AC, rather than the condition of the room. Overall I would recommend this space to anyone staying in Florence! The location was perfectly near old town without being in the center and had great access to public transportation. Again, the staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful, and definitely made our stay feel so comfortable!!

Fantàstic Super clean room with a lovely balcony. Philip is very nice, kind, generous host. A lot of food and drinks in the room and kitchen you have options. Good location, easy to get around.
The only imperfact is the shower room a little too small for my husbapnd.

Clean room. Breakfast has healthy options, amenities available. Owner was friendly and accommodating, very helpful in giving information about the city, helpful with our luggage too.

Host was excellent-very friendly and helpful and responded quickly through WhatsApp. Check in instructions were very clear. Room was very clean, bathroom was newer but compact. 10 min walk from train, so some train noise in room if you are a light sleeper-didn't bother us. Appreciated the light breakfast-fruit, yogurt, toast, packaged pasties and drinks.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice spot to spend a night or two. We only spent one night and it was close enough to the train station to walk.
