Centrally located. A short walk from the JR station and the terminal for the bus from the airport. A little old, but well-maintained and provide a good breakfast. The bath is also good, though only available for men (apparently women receive some nice amenities to compensate for this situation). Locals often go to the hotel just to use the baths, so that is a positive vote, too. Overall highly recommended if you are in the area.
