Air conditioning in our room wasn't working correctly most of the time

Beautiful Hotel, staff super helpful. Far away from Munich downtown.

I felt a little deceived by the main photo in the hotels.com listing for this hotel. It is not a grand castle but a quaint little inn close to amazing castle grounds. I loved walking the grounds- it felt like being in a real life "Pride and Prejudice" book. The breakfast was nice. The staff were helpful. Parking was free. It was nice to be away from the business of Munich. I recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful The room was clean and staff came in every day to clean it. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. I am celiac and they provided a basket of different breads for me. The two I was traveling with really enjoyed the fresh breads they offered. Love the coffee machine where you could have different types of coffees. The pool and the sauna were nice to have after a day of touring around. We did not get a chance to use the gym. We were there at Easter time and they had it decorated so nice Easy access to bus lines and then the underground. They had free parking and breakfast which is uncommon in Europe.

It was a great place to stay, relax and unwind. Friendly and helpful service. Great breakfast and sauna. Restaurant was great and convenient to the airport as well. We drove and there was good parking. Quiet and restful. Would stay here again.

Fantastic service, properly and amenities. Exceptional accommodations for the value. Salute particularly to the breakfast, maid service and front desk staffs. Wonderful setting in a small rural town just a 20 minute drive to Munich. Could not ask for anything more from this fabulous, though not flashy, property.
