The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We also loved the buffet breakfast that was included in the price. Our only complaint would be the air conditioner in our room which either blew very cold air or hot air causing us to turn it off at bedtime. This appears to be caused by the thermostat which cannot be set to only cool or to heat but must be set to a desired temperature. Every time the A/C overshot that temperature and cooled too much, the heat would kick in to compensate. Our kids’ room did not have the same issue so this is likely isolated to our room.

The Hyatt was very clean. It look like she was great bro. We were just stopping over. The staff is absolutely terrible. Every single person that works there hates their life. The employees there didn’t even crack a smile. very rude staff..
