Very good value, with amazing staff that are genuinely concerned about you having a good stay. Breakfast is worth getting. It is not in the heart of the city which doesn’t suit everyone. It is a 12 minute walk to the free ferry which runs every 5 minutes to get you to the Central Station. From there you can get anywhere on public transit. We’d happily stay there again, enjoying a coffee or drink by the canal.

Very comfortable hotel that was well priced and reasonably close to downtown with a little bit of walking. There is a free ferry that you can take straight from the train station to get you to the Nord neighborhood. We were very happy with our accommodations at Yotel Amsterdam.

This hotel was pretty good value for money. The rooms are extremely compact, so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage, but has everything you need. It’s the opposite side of the river to the main area of Amsterdam, however there is a frequent ferry which is around a 15 minute walk away, which connects directly to the central train station. The staff were all great, but the hotel doesn’t have too much nearby. In the hotel itself, there is a snack bar, but it is extremely, extremely expensive.

Nice hotel, good value for money (certainly when compared to other city centre alternatives), very clean room, easy bike hire, good location (15 minute walk from free ferry to/from Central Station).

I had a good experience at this hotel. Would stay again. You’re in the north of Amsterdam but there’s a free ferry that takes you to the central and runs very frequently.
