Don’t usually write review about hotel very often. And then usually to complain about a bad experience. But this time because the staff were so exceptional and the standard of the room and service were outstanding, I felt I needed to write something to praise the experience. Great room, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and seemed not only happy to help but keen to help in every way, fantastic breakfast and afternoon tea\coffee an added bonus. Oh and forgot to mention it’s a great location for seeing the sites of Florence. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

The Frame was a great place to stay. It was centrally located and staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice and cool and comfortable. Beds was so comfortable. Would stay here again

Allotjat amb amics

Staff was friendly. Small boutique hotel I would definitely visit again. They have cold water and ICE available. Very conveniently located to the duomo and the train station. We were able to walk everywhere and return to our hotel easily whenever we needed. They held our luggage after we checked out and our room was ready early or they would have held it when we checked in also. Overall an amazing experience!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all requests and recommendations. We utilized the wine cellar, which was convenient. The location is perfect for access to everything. Happy we chose this location.

The Frame Hotel was truly a hidden gem and one of the highlights of our stay in Florence. The location was fantastic—within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, excellent shopping, and countless restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff were exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to share recommendations and local knowledge, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were another standout. The complimentary bottled water was especially appreciated during the hot summer days, and the delicious breakfast, along with the afternoon tea and snacks, was a wonderful added touch. I would highly recommend The Frame Hotel to anyone visiting Florence. It offers an outstanding combination of comfort, hospitality, and an unbeatable location. We would gladly stay here again!

Esse hotel não serve pra idoso, o banheiro é muito pequeno e o chuveiro em cima da banheira com acesso muito difícil porque tem um degrau, O hotel não tem uma área de convivência, como demoram muito para arrumar o quarto o hóspede não tem aonde ficar, a não ser na rua

The Rooms were large and spacious, very clean the location is 6 minutes away walking distance from Duomo and Piazza de la República and 5 mins away from Medici basilica and the main Train station. There is a mini market Carrefour close by if you need anything. The staff were very nice and cordial helped us a lot with Train info ( we did a day trip to Pisa) and headed to Venice on the fast train. I would stay there again.
