This hotel is close to everything. Restaurants, cruise terminal, airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will use this hotel again when visiting Miami.

Nos hicieron esperar más tarde de las 5pm para darnos las habitaciones e íbamos con adultos mayores y niños de 2 años lo cual fue mucho tiempo para lo que teníamos contemplado

Fantàstic
Room clean and comfortable. I revived 1 free drink at the bar. My granddaughters enjoyed the rooftop pool. Restaurants near by. Breakfast was wonderful. We used the shuttle to port miami to go on our cruise. $12 a person but worth it

Everything about our trip was amazing. They put us on the elite floor unexpectedly so that was a plus. He enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back. The location was very convenient and Carlos in concierge was very helpful with activities.
