Fantàstic
Hotel room was large, very clean, frig had a freezer, microwave, and bed was one of the most comfortable we have sleep on. Great hot breakfast which is rare in Miami. The Miami free people mover & trolley is not even a block away. Several places to eat in walking distance as well is 7eleven and publicx grocery.

The front desk lady that checked us in lied to us about not being able to checked us in because the room wasn’t ready, Told her that she should be able to take our information and then just call us when the room was ready. She said no because the room hasn’t been cleaned yet. We had to make a line again at 3 and our room wasn’t ready and she doubled down on that. I asked her to speak to her manager and she ignored me and said that the room was actually ready when a second before it wasn’t… And of course was the worse view she could assign. Not a good experience at Hampton this time

Double charged my card, sheets had blood stains by the foot of the bed. Bed extremely hard. Restaurant we went to down stairs was extremely loud. Food was good though.

Fantàstic
Modern...looks new. Everything was great. Brickell Neighborhood is great, just a short walk to train, or take the trolley for sightseeing. Breakfast was better than expected. All great!
