Excellent location facing the lake, but yet away from the road Historic centre minutes away A great choice of restaurants, bars and Gelatarias nearby Easy access to ferry terminal, station and buses for Bellagio and Menazzio Staff very helpful, had forgotten my phone in The lobby and they kept it secure for me Excellent hotel all round 👍👍👍

We were given a free upgrade to a suite which had 2 balconies, perfect for viewing the lake! Reception was very helpful in giving us information about the activities in Como, and the breakfast was great!
