Overall cleanliness was disappointing, towels were old, worn out and not dried properly with a strong musky smell. Front desk was friendly but hotel CANNOT be 3-stars quality by any means, at best 1.5 stars only. Only drinking water & shampoo/soap in refilled containers for amenities.

Aircond in the family room (Room 11) was leaking and the floor was wet for the whole night. We have to use the rubbish bin to collect the water.
