They are giving me the runaround for the $144 hold on my card. The manager has yet to return my calls. It’s been 2 weeks since I checked out

Funny I’m being asked to write a review after getting my reservation cancelled by the hotel. Definitely won’t ever be booking here again.

The hotel was very cool! We were in Chicago for a concert at the United Center. Everything was just like the pictures and the view was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Per hotel staff, the hotel was overbooked and the only room available was with a king sized bed, had to sleep on the couch, cost of room was $500. Hotel offered a 2nd room but on another floor. At checkout, hotel staff said they would provide a discount for the inconvenience but they have not. Disappointed☹️

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had quite a few options and was very good. The parking is valet only & $72/night, very frequently there was no valet staff available. After the 1st night we moved our car to a nearby parking garage that was significantly cheaper and more accessible.

Captain's Log: Stardate Unknown. After traversing countless light-years through the unforgiving void, our crew discovered a sanctuary unlike any recorded in the Galactic Registry. The docking sequence—known locally as "check-in"—was executed with astonishing efficiency by a cadre of smiling beings whose hospitality rivaled that of any advanced civilization. Our quarters were immaculate, shielded from chaos by technology so comfortable it may have bent the laws of physics. The bed generated a gravitational field from which escape each morning required extraordinary willpower. The climate controls responded as though reading our thoughts, and every amenity seemed engineered by a species that had long ago mastered the science of relaxation. The station's location provided effortless access to nearby worlds, while every member of the crew treated us less like travelers and more like honored ambassadors from a distant star system. When the time came to depart, the engines felt strangely reluctant to ignite. We left only because our mission demanded it—but our navigation computer is already plotting a return course. Five stars. In any galaxy.
