Great place, especially for the price.

El aire acondicionado terrible! Cuatro días pasando calor, nadie colaboró, aun con reporte. El staff awww… son niñas, necesitan personal con experiencia, y más cortes…. Necesitan tener más amabilidad, y profesionalismo. La piscina, ewww… llena de “insectos” no me dio con comer en el Restaurante… las fotos son muy lindas, pero la realidad es que el servicio al cliente es pésimo. Ya en un lugar caliente sin aire es abrumador. La cama muy dura. El primer día no lo sientes después de un largo periodo de viaje, caes rendido… ya en la siguiente noche te das cuenta que es como de cemento. Pueden hacer mejor trabajo

It’s so easy. Stayed many times. Close to everything. Views. Pool. A/c. Secure & safe. Friendly hard working staff. Very accommodating. Same goes for the restaurant folk next door. The only terribly tragic flaw is the shower head is so bad. There’s one setting. Needles. The spray will take off a layer of skin. Nothing is perfect. Just BYOSH. (Bring your own shower head)

The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The staff were communicative, courteous, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It included all the things you could really ask for: A king-sized bed, two nightstands with drawers, a desk with a chair, a side table next to the desk, big closet with an iron for clothes, plenty of lighting. It had an air conditioner that worked on demand, and I felt like I was able to sleep comfortably sometimes with it off during the middle of the night when it cools down (did not want to overwork the air conditioner). There were even a glass door, screen door and balcony with a small concrete bench. I really liked the kitchenette and the fact that it included a refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, plates and cookware. It was very spacious and nice. The bathroom was nice and spacious as well, having a tall section of compartments to store your hygiene products. There was a small mat next to the shower, so you would not have to use any towels to dry the floor. There was also a small window above the shower for releasing the steam and getting fresh air. This hotel provides the best value for what you pay for, as I quickly realized Cabo San Lucas was definitely not cheap overall. As if the hotel was not enough, I enjoyed eating some meals at San Lucero Restaurant & Wine Bar next door with a 25% discount for staying at the hotel.

I had returned after a year and it still remains remarkable. It is not one of these huge beach hotels but a small friendly and creatively designed boutique hotel at a fairly quiet location and in convenient walking (uphill!) distance from the city center and IGY marina. The restaurant serves wonderful high quality and beautifully presented food (not cheap- but good value). It now closes at 4 p.m., but there is plenty of good alternatives in walking distance. Full recommendation!

Way more than I expected for the price! Cute room with nice kitchen and lots of storage and unique fixtures. Bed was firm but comfortable and the attached restaurant was great for dinner and drinks at night and coffee in the morning

The staff were amazing. Loved the quaint and cozy room. It had everything we needed for 10 days. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of every day. Traffic was noisy at peak times (rush hour) but quiet otherwise. Restaurant staff were 10/10… we ended up eating breakfast there several days because the staff was so friendly and the food well priced and amazing. One of the highlites of our trip.
