Fantàstic
The rooftop pool was awesome with the views of Los Angeles. The hotel had a great vibe and I felt secure there. I highly recommend staying here if you come to West Hollywood.

Another wonderful stay at Petit Ermitage. The customer service is always exceptional, from the front desk to the rooftop and restaurant teams. Everyone is genuinely warm, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. The rooftop pool is always such a beautiful escape, the food is consistently excellent, and the overall atmosphere is pure magic. It’s one of the few places that keeps me coming back again and again. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay!

I stayed here for a work trip and unfortunately found the staff fairly slow and dismissive. I needed late dinner on the roof one evening and it took a very long time to get served (30 mins for a drink). The person serving me didn’t seem concerned and just grumbled when I asked about the delay. Hotel is getting very tired and in need of refurbing. There was a sinkhole up the street - a pretty big emergency for West Hollywood - and the staff and no instruction for how we could be impacted or what to do. They didn’t really acknowledge it at all. Not the best stay - maybe just not good for business travellers.

Wonderful stay with very friendly staff. Rooftop pool was amazing. I wish I had more time to relax. Would be a great place for a staycation or to go with friends/partners.

A truly exceptional hotel with all boxes checked! Friendly staff who interact with guests. Incredible food in the rooftop restaurant. Room was comfortable and spacious. Definitely will book again next visit.
