Dirty room, shower is not even working properly, dirty linen! Extra charge for early check in which is not reasonable and i want that to he refunded back because it’s only like minutes before our check in! Noisy environment! Not recommended for travelers! Can someone assist me for the refund process for early check in rates!

The hotel is simple but has everything u need we first stayed in a 1 bedroom the bridal suite they call it and that room had a lot of space a bathtub/ shower very clean. Then we moved to a family room and it was still a decent amount of space they Also have a pool, restaurant, staff is very accommodating it does come with breakfast for an extra charge. We stayed her 2x and we love the location 10 minutes from mall of Asia close by the airport as well there is a little mall close by as well. Overall it’s a great hotel/ location and we would stay here again.

Local 7-11 was located nearby.
However there were so many cars right across the entrance; therefore it is not on high level unlike neighborhood hotel called, Heritage.

No available wifi at the lobby, unless your already check-in, staff are not accomodating, aircon in the room is not cold and its noisy.cleanliness in the room is 👎. Check out time is 12noon at 11:30 we're at the lobby booking for a grab ride the staff cut the wifi already so disappointing. I won't ever book again to this facility. Waste of money
