I am sure I never had to write a bad review and I really didn't want to because I travel a lot for work and Hyatt Place is always my choice wherever I go but never here again at Frankfurt Multiple times that the room is cleaned without filling back the coffee and sugar which is not a bad deal But coming back to the hotel after a long day and just asking for a bottle of water to be told that I have to be a member in Hyatt to get a bottle of water. I was lucky she gave to me for free then I go up to my room to take a shower then find out that there are 0 towels in the room and obviously no coffee 😁 yes because they cleaned the room. And no AC in the room for a few days, I had to ask them to check it out. Probably the only positive thing about Hyatt Place hotel at Frankfurt is the proximity to the airport so if thats what ur looking for you can find better hotels here in Frankfurt that are also close to the aiport Terrible experience overall Not even providing the bare minimum but asking me if im a member at Hyatt to get a bottle of water ? Really....

The room was fine - standatd Hyatt Place - but I would skip the breakfast buffet - Euro26 for mediocre food that was cold to boot.

We liked the location as it is easy to get to and from The airport. We enjoyed the restaurant and how clean and quiet the rooms are. This was our 3rd stay there and will stay again when traveling in and out of Germany.

Right by airport. A few blocks from a grocery store. Breakfast was included for us and wasn’t our favorite on the trip, but good to have before a flight. Room was great! Spacious, quiet, comfortable, and of the four hotels on our trip, this was the only one to offer us (without asking) a room upgrade. Hotel was clean and stylish and staff were very nice and helpful. Good value!

Clean and convenient location. Rook was great, staff was always helpful. Underground parking was a plus.

Clean rooms, great staff and location

Very convenient location with quiet surprisingly very pratical store around for groceries and restaurants. Also a nice little park with a volleyball field. Close to the subway/train station. DOWNTOWN is just 10 min. Away. I really recommend.

The hotel is in a quiet location, making it a good spot for relaxation before or after the trip. The underground train station is just a few hundred steps from the hotel entrance, making a convenient trip to the city center or just one stop to the airport. The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities. The buffet-type breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food to choose from. Our two-night stay before departing from Frankfurt was very enjoyable.

It’s so convenient when you’re flying out of Frankfurt – nine minutes by taxi to whichever terminal you need to go to. It’s always a nice way to wrap up my business trips to stay here on the last night.
