S'ha quedat amb la parella

混んでいて遠い駐車場に誘導されましたが着いてすぐに送迎バスの方が声をかけてくださりフロントまで送ってくださいました。フロントの方の対応もよかったです！夕食はボリュームがあって品揃えも豊富で満足できました。部屋も綺麗ですがコンセントの位置が微妙で携帯の充電などがしにくかったのと部屋のエアコンのカビが気になりました。それ以外はよかったです

ビュッフェをたのしみにしていましたがイマイチでした、、温かいものがぬるかったり、冷たかったり。あと魚介類も生臭いものが多かったです 部屋もホコリがあったり、蜘蛛の巣があったりで残念でした。宿泊料金にみあっていないように感じてしまいました、、

知り合いに紹介してもらい初めて伺いました。 バイク6台で行くと事前に連絡を入れといたので屋根のある駐車場へ案内して頂きました。 夕飯と朝食はどちらもビュッフェで夕食はとても豪華で一緒に行った仲間にも喜んでもらえてとても良かったです。 お風呂は温泉とサウナと露天風呂があり満喫出来ました。素晴らしいホテルでスタッフさんの対応も良かったのでまた行きたいと思います。

Overall a good place, but if you're tall like me you may find yourself hitting your head a fair bit Included breakfast is good and the onsens are a nice addition, but the rooms themselves are a bit barebones and dont come standard with fullsize towels. If a ryokan is your thing, its great

The hotel’s customer service is one of the best things! Hotel staff greeted us on the arrival. Check-in was fast (less than 5 minutes). They allowed us to go to our room 40 minutes earlier than the usual time. Their English is minimal but enough to understand all requirements and regulations. The room is big and very clean. The free on-site parking is big for lots of cars. The beds are very comfortable. I love the pillows. The included dinner with the room was excellent. We enjoyed our dinner, and the foods tasted great. Mr. Yokote, our waiter, was very professional, nice, polite, welcoming, and always smiling. He explained all detailed information of our meals in English. Breakfast buffet was included in the room.

Despite it being a massive onsen complex, we didn't feel like it and the service was excellent, multiple restaurants/bars/baths, 10 minutes walk from city center which probably explains why it's cheaper than the rest of the town.
