I liked the clean room and staff friendliness. Breakfast was fantastic with vegetarian options. However I would have preferred if the hotel provided face towels and extra pillows. Stayed two nts.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Carpet looks a bit dated. Main light switch for the room is outside the room which is really odd. But overall a good experience.

My main complaint is with the shower. The curtain was very short so the water sprayed everywhere. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly.

The room was seemed ok, but the hallways were way too humid and had a smell to it. The most inconvenient thing was the parking. The lot for larger cars was about 1km away and I had young kids with me. When I tried to request them to confirm for pick up using the line app. I had no response. The waiting and back and forth to pick up the car wasted a lot of time.
