Walking distance to the tram is great and the subway. Lots of restaurants around good amenities. Only downside rooms get hot in the summertime there is a webhallen just around the corner you can buy a nice portable fan for 499kr and it was a life saver

Mira, at the front desk, was WONDERFUL!!! We had an issue with the first room we got. She took me to see 3 other rooms to choose to move over to. She was BEYOND caring & understanding. She deserves a raise!!!

The location is great, very close to a subway station and lots of restaurants and shops. Walkable to many other areas in town. Staff were very friendly, place was clean, great breakfast.

At our arrival, we found that our room was very small, didnt work central heating and the shower drain was full and water nearly flood the room...and then, using the hair dryier, electricity went off and until next morning wasnt fixed. Despite that fact, the people were very smart, tried to solve problems , we got an upgrade of room and always with an smile . Nice days at Estocolmo

Curtains seem an issue - fittings - but they are difficult to pull for customers. Pillows seem very high but those are minor things

Very surprised how quaint, clean, & comfortable the attic Top Floor room was. Nice service at the front desk for two days. Best breakfast in the morning. With extended hours from 7 till 10 AM. Which is nice. Located central. Good price! Would stay here again! Quiet rooms.
