There is no words to express my deeply appreciation with Hyatt Regency Chongqing hotel managers with the hospitality and caring,. My sister has incident that she fell down and broke her hips at the beauty salon,. The manager of the hotel has guided us and took us to the hospital until my sister admitted to hospital with the Doctor care. We’re very grateful staying in this hotel , managers and staff super nice and caring, room are very clean, breakfast are excellent. I definitely will recommending my friends and family with this hotel and definitely will come back to visit.

Hotel is perfect but no aircon which i think is bad. i do understand that some people do not need to have aircon during this cold period but for people like me is horrible experience. i have changed 3 rooms, luckily in the end they got me an only room with aircon.
