It is right at the heart of the city. Can walk to Chinatown and riverfront. Many eateries in the vicinity.

Breakfast menu was good - however taste of food was not up to standard. Staff were not attentive - there were food waste on the floor, and this was not cleaned up.

Hotel provided efficient check in and late check out and breakfast was good. At one point I requested conditioner for the room and was told they would bring it but never did and I also noticed the floor was a bit sticky in the room. Other than that a very good hotel, good parking available and a good value place to stay in KT.

Big hotel. Mostly Malasian people. Good services. Great variety of malasian food in the breakfast buffet. Don’t expect a western buffet. Definitely our room needed a refurbishment.
