The breakfast was pretty ordinary and the serving was inconsistent, it would be better to consistently serve the meals. The location of the hotel is brilliant. The room is adequate but looks tired. Overall it is a reasonably priced hotel.

This hotel is nowhere near four-star quality. The carpets and furniture are old and worn, and even basic amenities (lotion, toothbrush) aren’t provided. I booked the Presidential Suite and the AC never worked despite repeated claims it was “fixed.” Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and only offered a fan or a downgrade with no price adjustment. This hotel is nowhere near four-star quality. The entire experience felt more like a budget motel than a luxury stay.
