Great hotel but closed on the day that we were checking out so staff could not keep luggage after checkout

Genial
The hotel was perfectly fine and well located. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is about to close for a needed refurbishment as it is a little outdated. The pillows weren’t great.

The breakfast was ok, but no bacon or sausages. I mean, in the country of the Bratwurst, you'd expect some type of sausage for the money being charged! Also, there was supposed to be a room cleaner every 2 days, bet we only received one very very basic clean in 5 days, plus a couple of towel changes.

They weren't able to help with my request of a room away from the lift.i had suffered poor sleep the previous two nights in a different hotel due to located by a noisy lift. Reception. Told me they were fully booked and I was offered a disabled room on the first floor . I requested a top floor
