Grand Hyatt Chengdu is ideally located in the heart of the city, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and many popular attractions. The hotel’s staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist, making every stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and excellent service contributed greatly to a memorable and wonderful holiday experience in Chengdu. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Great location, gym is nice but certainly wish there was more equipment, breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful, the first room we were in could have used some maintenance as it was showing its age, second time we have stayed there (20 nights each stay).

Good location. Breakfast spread was very good. Great executive lounge experience too. Bed was not as comfortable as I suspect it’s time to be replaced. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted as it was a central Aircon. Temp was not even through the night making unpleasant. Had to request for a fan as it could get warm on the room.

We went from a king suite to a larger twin suite upgrade. The staff came moving the two beds into one but was a bit reluctant to add a topper till we insisted. The quilt was also not changed and we kept having two double quilts for the entire stay - a bit weird but not uncomfortable. I was just a bit surprised as this is below Hyatt standard. Everything else was pretty pleasant - they provided kids slippers & toiletries which were very cute. The room size was great and location was also top notch - every convenient to go everywhere.
