My room was not cleaned, until I complained. The aircon was broken in my room so I had to move room, but when I moved I was next to three people partying in their room all night.

Seda Hotel in Vertis North has gone to hell. The whole buidling is too hot, the rooms are too hot. The AC has not working properly. The elevators are nasty. I dont feel as home anymore. I believe the whole facility needs to be updated and keep up with the age.

The Seda is my favorite hotel in QC. The value is hard to match, the rooms are always clean and quiet, and the breakfast buffet is extensive and good.

The evening dinner was okay, not great for the price. Morning breakfast was very good. Much better than the evening meal. The lobby was quite warm, would have more comfortable if it was cooler. The staff were very nice, helpful, and professional. The only negative was the evening meal. I would still recommend staying at Seda
