Our family stay of 3 nights was very enjoyable. We stayed in the Club Suite 3 bedrooms and was very happy with the space. Near to BTS station Chit Lom and walking distance to CentralWorld. The service staff were all very polite and nice. Looking forward to staying there again for our next family holiday!

Allotjat amb amics

The breakfast spread was good and the counter staff were all polite and helpful. The F&B director Nr Navin took time to chat with us and asked for feedback on the hotel. It’s our first time staying here but we will come back again because of the warm reception we received.

Hotel is in excellent condition and at a very convenient location in the heart of Bangkok. Easy access to Sky train Chit Lim and Siam stations and shopping malls nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a larger room and higher floor with our Gold membership. Room was clean and impeccable. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok.

Yes the room were clean. The staffs were very helpful & friendly. Especially Mr Navin and Mr Boo who made our stay extra special. The concierge service was exceptional as well helping us to book our day tours as well as attraction tickets.

I have always choose to stay in Hotel Renaissance on my yearly vacation to Bangkok. It would be great if the hotel started to consider about renovations as the furniture and carpet are more worn out.

This is a great hotel in a great location for both business and. Pleasure Staff from the doorman to the Manager's go out of their way to make your stay memorable. I.ve stayed here many times and wouldn't stay anywhere else.
