Hot shower - cold A/C - soft bed - (even) TV with English stations.
Near public transportation.
All the basics: No giant lobby with coffee shops, tailor shops, and gem sales. Or in house travel agent Darn! no inflated prices.

The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from two different train lines, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore all of Bangkok. The surrounding area felt very friendly and safe, even when walking around at night, and there are some great local bars nearby which added to the experience.
The staff were consistently welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything you might need. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
