This was the most pleasantly surprising hotel that packs a punch well above it's rating. The hotel is very clean with friendly service, amenities, and great breakfast! The room was extremely spacious, closer to north american sized rooms than Japanese. The room was very clean and towels were replaced daily. Wifi worked reliably and I would stay again in the future

Bé larger than usual room size which is nice, but way too noisy. From 5am you will hear doors and cupboards slam (from the kitchen I think), as if it were within your own room. Was unable to sleep due to noise. Otherwise a standard business hotel.

Nice hidden gem. Friendly manager, and he spoke a little English to help me with check-in. Rooms are well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was a simple Japanese menu, and it was all delicious. Definitely will look to stay here again in the future!

Fantàstic We were close to the castle and train station, halfway either direction. We used Hirosaki as a base to climb Mt. Iwaki. The information staff at the train station gave us all the information for bus transfers and the package deal, which saved us a lot of money. Well worth it! The hotel had many amenities, including a washing machine and great breakfast. The staff was helpful, including at breakfast. We would stay here again.
