The front desk staff were not very friendly. They seemed very serious and rarely smiled. I'm not sure if that's the hotel's policy or just my experience, but it wasn't very welcoming. In fact, the only person who consistently greeted guests with a smile and said goodbye was the security guard at the entrance. That said, the hotel itself was reasonably priced, and I was happy with the room overall.

This is my go to hotel in Chicago. The price is good and it’s a good location for many different parts of the city. It’s never been more than a 10 min uber ride to anything.

Allotjat amb amics

Lovely room with plenty of charging options for devices. Great AC and super quiet, perfect blackout curtains. Both room and bathroom were spacious. Loved the breakfast, tons of options. Highly recommend.

The hotel was ok , but they advertised parking available for a fee and they do not have enough space for guest so be aware that you may park on street if you find a space, or find a parking lot around the area.
