I stayed for 8 days with my daughter. This was affordable. The front desk personnel were wonderfully helpful not only for the hotel but for moving around the city itself. The staff were fluent in several languages. They were proud of their city and its easy ways to move around it.The room was beautiful and spotless. Stairs coming into and out of the building were steep. With luggage and at age 71, it would have been difficult if it were not for the helpful guests that assisted me. My only complaint was that the clear glass shower with mirror faced the bed offering "no cover." Not a pretty sight.

Pure White was a great hotel to stay in. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with signposting us to various parts to see in the city. Hotel itself is a walk out of the city centre and that meant it was very quiet at night which was great. I would definitely stay here again

We were not impressed with Pure White. It's on a somewhat seedy street and the reception closes at 8, which makes it difficult to deal with problems when they arise. In our room neither the air conditioning nor the fridge were working. We arrived close to closing time and the staff at reception tried their best to help but couldn't do anything and so we spent a hot, uncomfortable night and the food we had purchased for our travel went bad and we had to throw everything out.

Nice hotel with a simple but very nice breakfast. Staff on reception and breakfast all extremely nice and helpful. Location to main attractions good (30 mins walk)
