I booked at this hotel because it had decent reviews and a pool. When we went down to use the pool though, it was not safe. The spa/hot tub was roped off with caution tape and the pool was foggy. Like, couldn't hardly see the drain at the bottom of the pool foggy. It was apparent looking at the steps into the pool that it's not clean. The water in a pool should be clear. Not only is it dangerous because clearly the pool is unclean and you're risking infection, but the visibility in foggy water creates a higher risk for drowning. Don't EVER get into a foggy pool. I let the front desk know and they just said they'd let maintenance know. The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable. Parking is available but the parking isn't free with your stay, they charge it as part of the "incidentals" and a buffet breakfast in the dining area is $18/person in the morning. I expected it might be somewhat dated, but I was disappointed with my stay and won't be booking Hilton again. If you're looking for an EXCELLENT breakfast downtown, I recommend Yours Truly in Playhouse square.

Sad Hilton! Rooms are dated and smelling. Although it says non-smoking hotel, my room was smelling of smoking and didn’t go away after 10 hrs of ac running too. Said bathroom, coffee machine not working! The hot tub not operating, water in the pool felt not clean and cloudy, probably filters not cleaned for long time! Won’t pay any dollars for this property next time!

Not good

Bartender rude and acted like anything we asked for was never heard of. Otherwise okay ataff

The Jacuzzi was broken. The ice machine was broken. The in-room coffee maker was broken. And when it came time to depart the parking lot, the gate arm would not allow me to leave.

Hot tub was not working and old water left In it smelled

The hot tub was out of service which was a bummer as I chose the pool/Jacuzzi over another place. Front desk (Jason) was awesome and Bertha the cleaning lady got me a bottle opener.

Wonderful. Jason at front desk was so kind. We arrived around 1:30 and he found us a room available right away, and with a city view! (He also gave us free breakfast for the next morning, which we slept in too late to use, but still nice) We came into town for a Guardians game, so it was wonderful to see Progressive Field out the window. And walked only a few minutes to the stadium. Room was nice. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Will stay again for sure.
