旅館坐落於桃園高爾夫球場旁，空間寬敞；別館高爾夫學苑內有許多親子友善的室內娛樂空間，戶外也有游泳池等娛樂空間。飯店備有早餐與宵夜，選擇多樣且可口。大眾交通略有不便，比較適合自行開車的旅客。飯店唯一美中不足的是沒有提供自助洗衣/烘乾設施，商務人士中/長期住宿非常不方便。

The property is very outdated for the price. The staff are nice and warm hearted which is good. The location is meant for family vacation primary focuses on kids. Dinner was good but because there are so many kids its kinda annoying. The breakfast was horrible. I should've research a bit more before choosing this place.

The hotel reception staff were friendly and doing their best. And since the hotel is old, it appears to be a 2-star or 2.5-star facility. The worst thing was that the lady in charge of breakfast was very unpleasant. Regarding "To go coffee" in the morning, from the first day, all person in charge gave me a paper cup and I took it out every morning. But 4 days later, another person in charge suddenly told me that I couldn't take my coffee out and I have to drink it all here. Even though I said why you suddenly said to me and all your staffs said me I can take my coffee out, she was keeping told me I have to drink a coffee here. But she suddenly told me to take it with me, which was very unpleasant. I felt like she was kicking it off me. This is my first review and it was very disappointing experience in around 800 nights staying. I was planning to re-book here again, but I will never go back there.

The room stayed at the same temperature even though I tried to turn the temperature down to 10 degree C. There was a constant wind blowing sound from somewhere outside which you can't make it disappear. Also the hotel is outdated and smells like someone smoke from very far away. Though the breakfast was good for a disappointed customer.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from every attractions around and need a hotel taxi in order to leave the hotel. The hotel facilities and stuff closes quite early as there are not many guests around during my stay there. I will recommend people to stay there if you are planning more on relaxing and staying in the hotel room instead of going out for shopping.

We booked here because the pool looked nice. We were disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. We did not Golf but the course was beautiful. Overall it was a comfortable clean peaceful refreshing stay.
