The hallways are terribly hot and the entire place could use updating. The hallway near our room had spackling and no paint…the walls were decaying and crumbling, shower enclosure was moldy..things like that

Breakfast was very good with nice choices , room was reliably clean. Air conditioner did not work well and reception staff had to reset the system more than once . I think hotel has to take further action to fix this problem considering the hotel cost and location . Considering the hot weather, it was difficult at certain moments.

All the staff were very welcoming friendly. Could not fault the breakfast at all. There were so much fresh options to choose from. The rooms were very clean and well air conditioned. The hotel restaurant was amazing. The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. Would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Ok and functional hotel with a/c. Pretty standard breakfast. The shower temperature was erratic (warm to freezing and back again) and the bath seal was peeling away and a bit grubby. However, helpful desk staff and hotel good position with easy access to historic centre.

Allotjat amb amics

A decent sized room. Furnishings looked very slightly faded. Fantastic view. Excellent breakfast and good waiters. Bar on top of hotel was rather small but good view and drinks were good. Very good front desk staff. Very friendly. Altogether a good holiday hotel in the smart centre of Palermo and I recommend. They have a very good parking service at a cost.
