Room was abit run down, but very spacious with full kitchen. Also a short walk away from legoland. Overall recommended for families visiting legoland.

Bé The room was very dusty on the day we arrived. On the second day, when we requested for house keeping, toilet amenities wasn’t replenish and floor was still dirty.

We arrived early (11am) and the staff helped us to hasten the check in. Instead of 3pm, they helped us to settle down with our weary children at around 1pm instead. They also provided us with Brolly when we were stuck due to a rain.

Friendly and helpful staff at both the front desk and the restaurant. Clean and spacious room with all the basic amenities. Would definitely consider staying again.

Overall an excellent stay. Unfortunately we had a bad checkin experience with respect to the room. However we felt management were very genuine is their action to help us understand what happened, and were interested in our feedback. They went OVER AND ABOVE our expectations to make amends. This was very much appreciated, especially those of Hermi and Diana. We will definitely consider booking at Somerset group.
