The AC did not work in both of our rooms…during the hottest time in London. The staff said they had reset the ac..but no cold air in both our rooms, as well as other guests. Location is great, the place is hip..but the lack of ac in record heat days without resolution over a few days in multiple rooms made it a very unbearable stay - we just could not sleep in the rooms.

Always have a pleasant stay at the Hoxton! We booked this right at the last second as our other hotel was disappointing. However the Hoxton always other a relaxed atmosphere, Air Conditioned rooms ! And very clean tidy rooms. Will always look to book the Hoxton when I am next in London! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Also, the location is perfect!

I had a really enjoyable stay at The Hoxton Holborn. The staff were fantastic throughout, genuinely helpful, friendly and professional, which was one of the main things that made the stay so positive. The hotel has a great atmosphere, especially downstairs, with a really trendy, lively feel. The location is excellent and everything felt very easy from arrival to departure. The rooms are quite small, but beautifully designed, stylish and comfortable, with a really cool bathroom design. My only real complaint is that a cup of tea felt very expensive, although it was loose leaf and nicely presented. The bathroom products were also fine, but did not have much scent. Overall, it is a fantastic central hotel with great staff, stylish rooms and a brilliant downstairs vibe. The restaurant being open late is also a real bonus if you want something quick and easy. I would definitely stay again.

This is a fab hotel. the staff was super helpful and friendly, I had a mistake on my reservation and they did a lot to help me solve it. the room was beautiful. the amenities are super basic but was enough. The lobby area is perfect but the only problem is - it's very hard to find a sitting spot, as it is occupied by ppl using the lobby as a shared working space. the room was clean.

I would give them a knock for charging for early check in, otherwise it's a great location, well maintained rooms, and great common area for meetings

Beautifully designed. While the rooms are small, the beds are comfortable and they are really well put together to maximize the space.

Staff was very friendly and helpful
