Hotel was ok. Rooms are worn in a lot of places. Overall felt clean enough to not feel uncomfortable but not what i expected for the price. The ocean view room was beautiful. The resort was difficult to navigate, the parking structure was consistently packed and difficult to find parking. Very dirty in there. Significant hidden fees at the hotel and had to fight for them to be removed. They said it was “accidental”. Parking is 79 dollars a day. Restaurant options were good but very busy. Short short walk to the beach front so that was nice. Overall 6.5-7 out of ten but not what I expected for the price.

Hotel was a nice location and lots of shops and dining within walking distance, very convenient with young children. The rooms ere clean, could use a refresh. It was a little confusing finding things as its not all clearly marked in such a large resort. Also, would have liked more options for kids activities, they were mostly mid day when you are either at beach or another activity.

The property village is very big, the pools were ok but during our 5 day stay, the pool with the slide ( reason we booked) was closed for 2 of those days.we preferred the beach on the main strip rather then the hikton beach. Lagoon was very cold compared to the ocean and pool water. Overall wouldn't stay there again or recommend it

The entire staff at the front desk are very rude and not helpful what so ever. I got locked out of my room due to a FOB reader issue and missed a Luau(at this hotel)because of it. Took staff 2 hours to fix it. No refund or reschedule. Power went out on outlets in room took over one hour to fix it. Temperature setting for shower was just scorching hot and just knob just kept spinning. Parking structure staff gave attitude because fob was not working for parking gate to open. After these issues were addressed I was told we can give you a $150 credit but that’s it. I needed to extend my stay one night due to flight being cancelled and was told to book online. I asked why I couldn’t just book at front desk and was told they can’t do that there. Everything is packed, wait times are crazy. Just to get up an elevator you have to wait over 5 minutes in line. We stayed in Tapa tower, everything is out dated. Elevators sound like they’re about to break. Floor has bubbles in it. Overall experience is just trash. Never coming here again.

The rooms are renovated, clean, and well maintained in the Rainbow tower. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day. Overall, everything about the hotel was good except for a few major issues, First; it was extremely crowded!!! The pools and beach areas were packed every day. At times, we had to wait more than 5-10 minutes just to get an elevator. If you wanted a lounge chair by the pool, you had to wake up very early to reserve one. Also, the hotel does not provide complimentary beach chairs or umbrellas on the beach, which was disappointing. These are significant drawbacks and not what I would expect from a five-star resort.
