One of the best and most luxurious hotels in Kolkata. Every amenity imaginable is available. Room was amazing and the buffet breakfast was huge.

I arrived early in to Kolkatta from Hydrabad. Made multiple calls to see if they would allow complimentary early check in after 12.00 noon. No one called to say aye or nay !!! Very poor management on duty . Thus was second time visiting this hotel and I’ll not return to waste my money. Next time I’ll select either Fairfield Marriot or JW Marriot .
