我2月14号入住的，因为忙所以现在才来写评价。 酒店价格便宜，但是附近有点荒凉，从禅城市区开车很久才过来。 因为之前我跟丈夫很喜欢aloft的酒店，所以这次也来尝试。结果很失望，玩乐的地方好大尘。。。最重要的是，我再三打电话跟你们前台通电话说当天是结婚纪念日，咨询酒店会不会有什么安排，酒店说只能换个红色的床单，我说好吧。结果没有给我换，也没有告知我。然后我c/i后去到房间房卡是不行的，我致电前台给我换一个上来，还是要我自己下去拿。本来觉得这不是什么大事，但是却给我留了很不好的印象……

We had problems checking-in as they couldn't find our payment record. One of the aircond in my suite was not functioning despite my complaints. The hotel is clean. The location is quite far from most of the attractions. The SPA service is negative.
