We had our flights cancelled and just needed somewhere close to stay, we booked this hotel because of the reviews but I didn't find it that good, the rooms were dark and had no windows, the glass doors were on the ground floor and people walking in the lobby could see in so had to leave curtains closed. The photos showed a swimming pool but they don't have one and the TV in the room is not a smart TV so we couldn't watch Netflix. The bed was amazing and the service was excellent as well. They also have a 24hr shop that you can buy food from at any time of the day or night so that's helpful.

The property shows a lot of wear and is very dated definitely in need of updating. Very disappointed in the condition of this property. Definitely will not stay there again

The staff were always helpful, including the valet people. My car was always waiting for us when we came down to go somewhere. The bar was also very nice. The first day we arrived, the room was very clean. The next day our room wasn't cleaned until after 6:30 pm. So we, basically, went 2 days without cleaning. We saw the maid cleaning the room next door, and asked her to please at least give us new towels. She cleaned the room, gave us fresh towels and did an excellent job. The toilet paper and tissues were single ply. I did not expect that from a hotel that is rated so high and is very expensive.

Stayed there 2 different nights in the same week at the beginning and end of a trip. Location and airport shuttle are very convenient. First room I had was nice. The room on my return seemed smaller, dated, and in need of a remodel. Friendly staff. Decent value for a reasonable cost.
