It's pretty hard to beat the value and convenience of Japanese business hotels like this one. For less than you might pay for the worst motel in the most remote part of the US, you get a clean room, pretty much all the toiletries you would need if you left something behind, a place just a short walk from one of the most important stations in one of the world's largest cities, a 24-hour coffee bar, a free breakfast option, and more.

it was just fine for our one night stay. Location is great for continued travel as it is directly across the street from Shinagawa train station.

Fantàstic Typical Toyoko which means great climate control, under bed storage area but weak curtains. Also wish the bed wasn't against the window since that's the coldest area of the room. Everything else was fine. Great location.
