Hotel was in an ally way, dirty. (Fish bones, trash) Toilet ran, sink clogged, shower water was not warm. Stairs to room were steep and carpet was very dirty. Staff was nice.

Watch out with this one. No hot water for 2/3 nights. No communication from the staff on what was going on. No replies to repeated attempts to get resolution. Room AC making wailing noise. For the price, it's a hostel at a hotel rate. You can and should find anywhere else to stay and avoid having a horrible stay.

Excellent location. Walk to many restaurants and shopping. Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps a few blocks away. Walk to most of sights in Rome. Fresh fruit/vegetable market around the corner. Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Only draw backs... very little water pressure and breakfast only served in the room. Excellent staff, very clean, nicely located to a lot, historical charm.

The photos listed here are not accurate. Construction was being done on the walls outside of our room, picks & drills nonstop at 8:00am. Wifi didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Property was rundown & ragged. Staff was unhelpful & surly.
