They don’t provide breakfast at all. The rooms look clean, but they don't get swept. You could feel the sand on the ground floor.
The mattresses are not so good, and the water is very weak for a shower. You get better at the shower outside. A big plus is that it is located a few steps from the beach.
The manager needs to get better educated in order to provide great customer service.
I rented for almost a month for personal reasons and I moved to 3 different rooms.
First suite, the A/C did not work, the second one, the mattress was so weak and the last one, taking a shower was very annoying because the water didn't have enough strength.
My daughter enjoyed it as a teenager.

The room was nice and was clean. If you want to have coffee in your room bring a coffee maker. The office provides some at set times and you have to go there to get.

This hotel reminded me of old Hollywood when I was growing up there. Rooms were clean and orderly. The floors could use some updating but we're not bad for age of buildings and a half block from beach
The young lady at the desk at check in was excellent and extremely helpful. She explained the rules and the amenities and also explained the discounts available at the restaurant.
If your not overly picky about accommodations this is a very good facility to stay at.

Great little place, clean rooms, close the beach and boardwalk. My Wife Children and I stayed here the day before catching a Disney cruise. Highly recommended would absolutely stay here again.
