The hotel grounds are beautiful but the staff especially the staff at reception didn’t seem too welcoming. I also explained that we were celebrating our honeymoon and was told the room would be decorated…it never happened. The food lacks flavor…for such a big resort it would nice if it were more dining options. The rooms are also dated could use some remodeling.

We had great time at this hotel. Good evening entertainment and food was great! This hotel was busier then the other three hotels we stayed in zanzibar. Nice little beach area and bars. Would stay again..

Excellent accommodation, friendly helpful staff, good pools, restaurants and bars ( beers could have been colder) lovely location and beach. Would recommend.

Around the resort was very nice the pool/ beach was great. Staff around the hotel were nice and friendly. The room cleaning was not very good as they don’t change the bed sheets unless you tell them to overall bath room cleaning was also very poor the room didn’t look cleaned very well. Also the room is very out dated looks old for 5 star resort the mosquito net on the bed was broken from the top so wasn’t working some things in the room wasn’t working and wasn’t being replaced after cleaning it was as mostly housekeeping issues. Other than that it was good hotel.
