Genial It was a very nice property in a good area. There is a little grocery store nearby and some bars/restaurants. It is very close to Shibuya crossing, the train station, and tons of shopping. The room is small but it has everything you need.

Fantàstic The room was simple, but it had everything I needed. It was equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a small electric cooktop, a microwave, and an all-in-one washer and dryer, making it very convenient for a longer stay.
The washer and dryer being combined into a single unit was especially useful. I could start a load before going out during the day or before going to bed, and everything would be washed and dried automatically by the time I returned or woke up.
I also appreciated that I could opt out of full housekeeping. Instead, they only replaced the towels and collected the trash, which was exactly what I needed. It was actually more comfortable not having anyone enter the room while I was away.
It felt more like a serviced apartment or weekly rental than a traditional hotel, which I really liked. It was very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.

Genial Nice place. Rooms small, but that’s Tokyo for you. Long walk from Shibuya station, which is complicated to work out ! Shibuya crossing not to be missed. Incredibly busy. Room needs washing machine instructions fully in English. Tokyo is a great place, but not easy to get around to the various places to visit, and be prepared to do a lot of walking.

Genial Location is good at about 15 mins walk to Scramble Crossing. Early check in was available at a cost of 1,000 JPY per person but late checkout was toppy at 10,000 JPY so we didn’t bother. The coffee availability wasn’t great in the lounge so we had 2 wasted comps. Room was a good size with 2 large singles and enough storage space. Washer/dryer was also in the room next to bathroom which was great. There is some noise from building work across the street. Overall, good value and location.

Fantàstic We enjoyed our three nights as the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood. A market and several tea are near by. We recommend this hotel.
