Per sota de la mitjana It was very noisy in the room because of close proximity to the bars. It was impossible to fall asleep until very late hours.
Better soundproofing windows strongly recommended.

Really great hotel to be based at for our visit to Liverpool. Lots of bars and restaurants below on the street. We had a room facing on to Castle Street.
Hotel extended us to late checkout of 1pm which was fabulous.
Air con wasn’t located conveniently in the room, but it didn’t get too warm.
We had to get two lifts to our room, which were set apart. Added a bit of fun to get in and out each day (think this may be two original buildings integrated, so the lifts to each floor are separated).
No kettle in the room.
Overall very happy. Would stay again.

One night stay. Bed comfy. Shower good n hot. Bit of a maze to the room. Lifts ok. Centre of town. Close to docks . Would go again for one , maybe two nights.

AC was good, beds were decent and plenty of light in the room, however only one window would stay open in our room. Luggage storage should be free and would be nice if there was a toilet in the lobby. Very friendly staff however and the room was clean, very well situated and was a great price!

Great budget hotel right in the center and ideally located. Because it is so central, it doesn't have its own parking lot, but they have a deal with a local car park for a reduced rate.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Surprisingly, the rooms had air conditioning, which was fantastic during the recent heatwave.
My only gripe is the bathroom; the glass door doesn't shut properly and doesn't offer much privacy when you are using the toilet.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing affordable, central accommodation.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was difficult to find as it was in a separate building from the reception. The room was loud as there were bars directly outside the room. The curtain had a burn mark in. The chair was wobbly. The shower door did not shut properly. The tap spurted out water as soon as you turned it on. It was also difficult to access the room as we were told to go through reception on a nighttime but we couldn’t get to that part of the hotel in this way. However the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
