Property, room was beautiful. Rooms with vaulted ceilings and a nice patio overlooking the pool. I arrived 5 hrs early and the team was able to get me in my room early. Stayed for 4 nights. Great area.

Beautiful, quiet hotel on the outskirts of old town. Close amenities and only a short car ride into heart of city. Great pool area and nice restaurant make it an enjoyable place to stay.

This was our third time at the property. No complaints about breakfast, the rooms or the staff. However, I was surprised there were no longer any airport transfers offered by the hotel. Was told to get a taxi or a grab The other disappointment was the lack of knowledge of tour details. We specifically requested a day at an elephant nature reserve that had minimal walking to the sanctuary due to mobility issues. Was advised yes. This was correct. We got there and had a very steep trek down and then back up again. Was a great day with the elephants, but very annoyed with the lack of knowledge of tours. Perhaps staff need to personally experience these so as they are accurate in their promotion.

We absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety that suited our tastes. The amenities were great with a lovely pool to relax in and a great restaurant for food and drinks. The location was also excellent for the walking market, our walks and for activity pick ups. Highly recommend De Lanna Hotel.
