I appreciate the business center on the 7th floor. The VIP lounge is very comfortable, and the staffs provide excellent service. I would especially like to recognize Yuan (陳圓圓）for her outstanding hospitality.

The room itself was small. However, very clean. No complaints. The staff was wonderful. I do not speak Mandarin and still they were incredibly kind and attentive and assisted me in English. The staff goes above and beyond to make the stay a pleasurable experience.
