Great place for solo traveler. Your own room and bathroom. Amenities aren’t in great condition. For example like the kitchen isn’t really in great condition. It was dirty and the available tools and tableware are not complete nor clean. Although there is available microwave and laundry available. It’s close to everything like transportation, convenient stores, and shopping area.

Lovely staff to assist with traveling needs who speak English fluently. Bus stop and subway stops are very close by (less than a 5 minute walk away). Ideal location for skincare needs as clinics are right in front of you. Elevator access available for floors. Easy accessibility after hours getting into building after lobby hours are closed. Cleanliness is 3 out of 5 as there were some mold stains on the grout on the bathroom walls and perhaps food stains on walls, but floors, towels, and bed were clean. In shower, great hot water though water pressure is on the soft side. Will need your own body soap and hair conditioner, as they provide a very small bar of soap and shampoo only. Laundry machine cleaned clothes well. Very quiet stay and enjoyable. Air conditioning worked great though I didn’t need it much. I would most definitely come back to this location.

Genial This is a basic place for 2 person, it has a double bed. Surprisingly it has a washing machine and a large refrigerator as tall as 1.5 meter. Has microwave. Private toilet and shower. For the price and location, it is a good find. Bus stop is just 3 minutes walk. Super friendly staff. Quiet

Great place to stay in Gangnam! Staff is super friendly, and very close to bus and subway to easily get around the city. I appreciate having washing machines available for guests!

Hostile neighborhood. Can't leave the building without being surrounded by jerks. Do not recommend visiting this area. Worst in 6 years. I'm never coming back. Even hostile people in the building. I don't know who these people are and what their problem is.

Great affordable place to stay in Gangnam! Very clean room and friendly staff! There is even washing machines on several floors that guests can use, along with complimentary detergent — this was very convenient as I usually travel light, and need to wash my clothes during my stay.

Genial The room was a bit outdated and some stains here and there on the sheets, but overall very comfortable to stay in and a great location for the price! Staff was extremely nice as well
