非常糟糕的入住体验，没有热水，等洗澡三个半小时打了五个电话催，最后在我的要求下才给换房，要不然就假装不理，这不是星级宾馆应该有的服务，差评。希望以后培训员工要积极为客人解决问题而不是一直拖延。作为经常在这里入住的老客人，非常失望。
